We are Priva and we are looking for a Global Marketing Specialist to show Priva in a future-proof way, as a valued business partner, innovative, open for partnerships and ready for the next step. We empower the new marketing strategy and positioning for Priva Horticulture. We show the world (on- and offline) how we contribute, how we help our target groups realizing their goals and dreams, who we are and what we do to create a climate for growth.

You are responsible for the global marketing communications of Priva Horticulture. You work with our branch offices in different countries and worldwide you are in contact with our customers and partners. For this role, your view is externally focused: main focus on (new) customers, trends, opportunities and threats, and always looking at the market, developments and the competition to see how we can improve Priva together. However, you do not exclude internal, as we work together to realize projects, goals and plans.

  • Realize a global market positioning, increasing awareness, improve our image and stimulate consideration to marketing leads;
  • Know the markets, trends and target groups, our competitors and how they position;
  • Create marketing plans and joint marketing plans with partners;
  • Differentiate the marketing plans to different markets;
  • Surprise our team, organization and target groups with new ways how to reach our target groups;
  • Stimulate result-driven way of working (set KPI’s, measure, evaluate and improve);
  • Advice about strategies, measuring and marketing communications (together with branch offices and our team);
  • Initiate (digital) campaigns based on opportunities and trends. Lead the campaigns and make sure the goals are realized;
  • Support in how to get the marketing and marketing communications job done, help the team developing the operational activities and coach them;
  • Together with the team make sure the main message is aligned in all marketing and sales tools (all communication with the market).

Job requirements

Who you are

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic colleague who can work independently, sees the greater picture and is capable to work from there. Furthermore, we will read your resume to find:

  • At least 7 years of experience in (digital) marketing communications: marketing skills, marketing-communication skills;
  • Verbally strong and flexible and able to talk with the different layers and stakeholders throughout the organization including C-level;
  • Eager on creating customer value;
  • A strong track record of working in marketing in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent Dutch and English (writing) skills, preferable an extra foreign language.


What you get

In numbers:

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 4.000,- and € 6.000,- based on 40 hours a week;

  • Travel allowance of € 0,19/km with a daily maximum of 150 kilometers.
