We do this for utility buildings such as offices, retail, hotels and hospitals, as well for horticulture, indoor and city farming.

Job requirements

How you add value
You will be the eyes and ears of our Building Automation vertical. In this important role, you will support the managers based in our headquarters and you have regular contact with our branch office managers who are based across Europe.

You give support on big projects, organize meetings, take care of agendas, administration that touches multiple countries or departments. When we organize international sales meetings, you take care that everyone is present and has a place to eat. During important meetings, you are able to take minutes in English. You have a shared responsibility with our HR office when it comes to HR-related cases at our branch offices and you are in the lead of external bureaus in those countries that support us. 


To end, you are the one who takes care of submitted declarations, invoices and other supportive administration tasks. 


Who you are
We are on the lookout for an organizational sensitive and reliable Management Assistant. Also, we will read your resume to find:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in supporting multiple managers;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, a third European language is a big plus;
  • Experience in an international environment;
  • Minimum availability of 32 hours a week.

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 3.000,- and € 3.700,- based on 40 hours a week;

  • Travel allowance of € 0,19/km with a daily maximum of 150 kilometers or fully reimbursed public transport costs;
