Your Role:
As our Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in our journey towards digital excellence. Working with 1 to 2 multidisciplinary Scrum Teams, you'll collaborate with a UX Designer to create a world-class product experience for our customers. Your main focus will be to create alignment between our technical teams and stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable development plans, and maximizing customer value. You'll shape the product vision, lead discussions, facilitate workshops and demonstrations, and ensure seamless communication through regular meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner, your responsibilities extend beyond day-to-day tasks. You'll actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Contribution to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap is crucial, keeping it in sync with our overall business strategy. Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions about the product's direction.
You'll collaborate with the Scrum Team to plan and execute product releases, considering factors such as feature prioritization, dependencies, and potential risks. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the development process. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of the product.
Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback into the product development process, enhancing user satisfaction and addressing evolving needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum Team, regularly assessing and refining processes for increased efficiency.

Job requirements

Who you are:
You are not afraid of demanding and technical environments, and you want to make a positive impact on how we automate buildings to create a sustainable future. You are an experienced Product Owner who can communicate on different levels with different kinds of stakeholders.


  • Proven experience as a Product Owner.
  • Background working in complex, highly technical product domains that includes IoT devices.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, planning and organizing.
  • Embrace a customer-centric mindset and demonstrate a strong commitment to a user-centered approach.
  • An understanding or prior experience in owning a product in a complex system in the Building Automation domain, is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Currently residing in the Netherlands.

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of €4.500,- and €6.400,- based on 40 hours a week;
