In this 100 square kilometers, Priva was founded in the fifties. An innovative third-generation owned family business. Today we are a high-tech company that develops hardware, software and digital services in the field of climate control, energy-saving and optimal reuse of water. We do that for horticulture, indoor and city farming, as well as utility buildings such as offices, retail, hotels and hospitals.

We are proud that we are working with 500 colleagues, in 15 international branch offices divided over 12 countries together with over 400 international installation partners to deliver our sustainable solutions and services in more than 100 countries.

Our Product Development department exists of over 120 colleagues, divided over more than 20 teams that go by self-thought-up names like “Mavericks”, “Rangers” and “High Five”. These self-managing teams work in an Agile way and usually exist of Back-end Developers, Front-end Developers and a Tester. In our app teams, we work on our new Priva solutions for both buildings and horticulture. Next to our app teams, we have three platform teams that build the back-end components that are used by our app teams. This platform is used to fulfill our purpose to become a data-driven organization.

How you add value

Help us underlining our new digital proposition by adding labor and crop services to our cloud-based solutions. Give our users not only more insight into their growing processes, employees’ productivity and the volume and quality of production but also optimizing these processes to the lowest possible costs. 

Efficient labor, higher yields and a growing company: how can you make this happen as a horticultural entrepreneur? The solution is simple: a practical system that provides insight into your growing processes, your employees’ productivity and the volume and quality of your production.

This product now is called Priva FS Performance and is an on-premise application. But we are planning to change this, and we need you for that. The name will change to Labor and Crop Services and is going to the cloud. Together with the portfolio Program manager and the existing FS Performance team you will set up a plan make a roadmap, form a team and completely rebuild this application to a high-quality digital service.

When the roadmap is clear, your team is formed you are the connection between our users worldwide with their requests, insights and challenges and our technical specialist who you will guide to make optimal working cloud services.

Who you are

You are an experienced, cloud-minded Product Owner who grew into this role from a technical background. Furthermore, we will read your resume to find:

  • Master or bachelor's degree in (technical) business administration or IT related field;
  • At least 5 years of working experience and at least 2 years experience as a Product Owner;
  • Experience in and strong understanding of cloud solutions, preferable in Azure;
  • Experience in the Greenhouse sector is a nice to have;
  • Strong understanding of SaaS;
  • Great communicator with an innovative mindset who understands that getting results is not always by following existing rules and procedures.

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 4.000,- and € 5.500,- based on 40 hours a week;

  • Travel allowance of € 0,19/km with a daily maximum of 150 kilometers.
