Job description

Climate for growth

Priva is a high-tech company that develops hardware, software and services in the field of climate control, energy-saving and optimal reuse of water. We do that for horticulture, indoor and city farming, and utility buildings such as offices, retail, hotels and hospitals. With 500 colleagues, 15 local offices in 12 countries and over 400 international installation partners, we deliver our sustainable solutions and services in more than 100 countries.

We are proud that our solutions result in lower consumption of natural resources, such as energy and water. To fulfill our mission and ambition, we are looking for dedicated colleagues.

Your future ecosystem

We are a market-leading company in the horticultural sector and our ambition is to introduce innovative digital propositions that are closely aligned with the existing and new needs of our customers worldwide. We are making the transition from products to services and from firmware to cloudware. For this change in way of working we need to change the way of thinking.

How you add value

As a Product Owner Main Control you are responsible for maximizing the value of our cloud service that allows end-users to control their climate. You will work closely with our contractors, Product Owners and other relevant stakeholders to identify needs.

Based on all input and requirements you gathered and determined, you decide what is most valuable to work on first. You translate the needs from your users into requirements in the form of user stories that can be implemented by the multidisciplinary team(s) that is assigned to you. You provide the product backlog and clear goals for at least one team and stay in close cooperation with the other Product Owners to find synergy opportunities.

With an agile mindset you actively stimulate the team(s) to inspect and adapt and show this yourself in your own behavior and activities.

You are responsible for translating the inputs from various stakeholders, both internal and external, into a well-defined roadmap with a clear vision. At the end of the day you are responsible on how your product is received, experienced and used by our customers. This means you will be responsible for evolving in the right direction to ensure maximum commercial success.
