How you add value
Priva Building Automation is seeking an experienced MarCom Specialist to join our professional and enthusiastic Marketing team. As our Marketing Communication Specialist, you will continuously brand Priva Building Automation in a future-proof way, as a valued business partner and an innovative organization that is open to partnerships. You will show the world (on- and offline) how Priva contributes to helping our target groups realize their goals and dreams. You will market who we are and what we do to create a climate for growth.


You are responsible for our marketing and communication within Priva’s EMEA regions. You make sure that the EMEA market is aligned with the global Business Strategy and therefore you are an optimal coordinator in the team with excellent Project Management Skills. Together with the Digital Marketer, Event Manager, and other members of the team, you integrate the sales goals and messaging within digital marketing and tools. The branch office EMEA knows exactly how to find you (and you contact them often as well) to make sure that we promote Priva Building Automation. Your results as our Marketing & Communication Specialist EMEA:

  • MarCom Planning: You will develop and coordinate the execute the Marketing Communication Plans for Building Automation EMEA, aligned with our international branch offices and Priva’s overall Business Strategy.
  • Campaign Management: You will manage and coordinate multi-media, cross-market campaigns, activities, and tasks and are not shy to share your results and advice for continuous development.
  • You create a consistent positioning of Priva in the EMEA market, for Priva as the pioneer in solutions as the Experts Choice, developed to support the decarbonization of the building stock.
  • You will be organizing the activities and communications as our link to our branch offices and will coordinate the creation and updating of sales kit/sales tools (on- and offline)

How you get the job done:

  • Develop and coordinate the execution of market -communication (action) plans for our EMEA markets
  • Develop and coordinate the execute market campaigns, activities, and tools based on the priorities set within the region of EMEA and in line with the business strategy
  • Obtain a clear understanding of the markets, trends, and target groups
  • Know our competitors and their behavior

Job requirements

Who you are
You are an experienced, international-orientated Marketing Specialist with a sustainable mindset. Furthermore, we are reading your resume to find:

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing communications and campaigns;
  • Bachelor or Master degree marketing communications;
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Affinity with SEO, SEM, and the digital landscape alike
  • Eager on creating customer value;
  • Languages: excellent Dutch and English skills, preferably an extra foreign language;
  • Working experience in aligning international branch offices with global marketing strategy is most appreciated;
  • Experience in our Building Automation or other strong technical sectors is a big plus;

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 4.500,- and € 6.000,- based on 40 hours a week;

  • Travel allowance of € 0,23/km with a daily maximum of 240 kilometers.
