Within the Customer Support Center, there is a projectgroup in place to do special projects in addition to the projects performed by our local offices. These projects are situated all over the world. We support, quote, engineer and calculate projects and maybe most important: we make it happen. Most projects are highly innovative and have never been done before.

Job requirements

How you add value

As Teamlead, you will support and facilitate your team that consists of 4-8 engineers. You will also contribute to the work that needs to be done. One of your tasks will be to plan people in for all kinds of projects, but it is also possible that you will be one to fly to one of the projects. This can be anywhere all over the world. Priva is a quick-moving, fast-paced organization, where we jump in on questions of clients in no time. Furthermore, you will be responsible for optimizing the project's process and you will be part of the management team of the customer support center, where you will interact with the team lead of the other disciplines of the customer support center.

Who you are

You are an experienced project manager with a passion for technical matters. You like to be part of a team of professionals and also like to lead a team of experienced professionals, who take part in projects all over the world. You are great at organizing projects, improvement of project performance, process improvement and transferring knowledge.You will be working closely with a team of project managers, engineers and consultants. You enjoy working in a highly dynamic environment where there need to be inventive solutions in place.

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 3.750,- and € 5.000,- based on 40 hours a week;
