What started as a hardware business has grown into a global leader in horticulture and building automation. Today, Priva develops advanced hardware, software, and digital services for climate control, energy efficiency, and water optimization. Our solutions support horticulture, indoor and city farming, as well as offices, hotels, hospitals, and retail environments worldwide.

Our next ambition? Becoming a leading digital service provider with “Climate as a Service” solutions that help customers operate more sustainably.

With over 600 colleagues, 16 international offices, and more than 400 installation partners, we deliver smart, sustainable solutions in over 100 countries.

If you want your work to have impact on sustainability, food security, and the way cities grow, then this is where you belong.

Why this role matters

At Priva, we are building the next generation of building automation systems: cloud-connected, security-first, and designed for long-term reliability. You will work on an innovative IoT platform that combines embedded controllers, edge gateways, and cloud services to keep buildings running safely for 10–15 years with minimal maintenance.

As an Agile Delivery Lead, you play a critical role in making product development life-cycle predictable and impactful. You connect cross-functional teams across hardware and software, ensuring we deliver high-quality releases that directly impact uptime, customer trust, and long-term system performance.

  • Coach teams on Agile ways of working and foster continuous improvement

  • Translate product goals into clear, executable delivery plans

  • Embed quality, reliability, and safety into the delivery process

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading delivery in complex (hardware + software) environments

  • Experience with IoT, embedded systems, or cloud platforms

  • Strong understanding of firmware, hardware constraints, and cloud delivery (CI/CD, DevOps)

  • Experience using metrics and data to improve delivery and team performance

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technical priorities

  • Proven ability to coach teams on Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe/Lean)

  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery governance

  • A structured, analytical mindset with a focus on quality and long-term reliability

Nice to have: HIL/SIL, OTA updates, device provisioning, or protocols like BACnet/KNX
