Your future ecosystem
You’ll become a part of the Business Applications team within the IT department, reporting to the IT Business Application Manager and play a crucial role in the entire life cycle of our D365 Customer Engagement (CE) environment and other business applications

How you add value
Your role includes examining business and system needs, mapping processes, performing fit-gap analyses, creating solutions, and producing comprehensive documentation. You will advise internal customers on opportunities and developments within your area, staying updated on changes in processes, software, technology, and organizational needs.


Also, you manage and coordinate functional application activities for D365 CE and other business applications, supporting the prioritization of implementations while conducting risk and impact analyses. Your responsibilities include providing high-quality business and functional advice and support, utilizing your interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success and system change compliance. You facilitate functional workshops and user training sessions, collaborate closely with both functional and technical teams to implement system modifications and improvements. All in a DevOps way of working, ensuring continuous integration and deployment, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.


Additionally, you participate in various IT projects, often acting as project leader for specific D365 CE and other business application projects.

Job requirements

Who you are
Your strength lies in analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping as well as stakeholder management. You can use these skills to see and understand the big picture and ensuring strategic alignment. Furthermore, we will read your resume to find:

  • 3 years of hands-on experience in D365 CE;
  • Bachelor’s working and thinking level;
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM online/enterprise solutions;
  • Extensive knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement (CE);
  • Relevant knowledge of Microsoft Services, preferably including Dynamics 365 F&O;
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service is preferred;
  • Understanding of and experience with DevOps, PowerApps, and MS Azure is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing;
  • Currently living in the Netherlands.

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 4.000,- and € 5.000,- based on 40 hours a week;
