Why this role matters

We are looking for a Content Asset Coordinator who thrives on creating clarity and structure within a fast-paced marketing environment. In this role, you will work closely with our Campaign Manager, Content Creators, and Product Development teams to manage, optimize, and coordinate marketing assets across multiple channels and campaigns.

You naturally see connections between products, campaigns and content. You know how to identify missing assets, improve existing content, and ensure marketing materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand standards. You are also curious about new technologies and excited about using AI tools to improve content operations and workflows.

What will you do? 

  • Coordinate and brief content assets to Content Creators based on input from Product Development and Campaign Managers

  • Ensure content assets align with campaign goals, target audiences, and channel requirements

  • Drive the asset review process for technical accuracy, branding, messaging, and quality standards

  • Monitor campaign deadlines and ensure stakeholders stay informed about new or updated asset versions

  • Repurpose content for different formats and channels following digital marketing best practices

  • Maintain a clear overview of all marketing assets across campaigns, products, and channels

  • Coordinate updates and improvements to existing content to keep materials relevant and up to date

  • Ensure key products and solutions are consistently represented across marketing material

  • Identify content gaps and proactively suggest new content opportunities to strengthen campaigns

  • Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions to improve content organization, tagging, and asset management

  • Safeguard consistency in branding, tone of voice, and visual communication across all content

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • 2–3 years of experience in Content Coordination, Marketing Operations, Content Marketing, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously

  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain oversight in complex marketing environments

  • A strong eye for content quality, messaging, branding, and visual consistency

  • The ability to understand technical products and translate product value into effective marketing assets

  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Interest in AI tools, content automation, and modern marketing technologies

  • Someone who enjoys improving processes and bringing structure to complexity

  • Eager to stay up to date with evolving marketing trends, content strategies, and best practices

  • Fluent in both English and Dutch

What you get

In numbers

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000 based on 40 hours, depending on experience. For this job, 32 hours a week is also an option

  • A healthy work-life balance, 30 vacation days, and the option to purchase additional days.

  • 8% holiday allowance.

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with a daily maximum of 150 km
