We are looking for a fun, passionate and energetic recruiter who wants to tackle the less technical areas of our business. Think about account management, fulfillment, front desk tech support and backend support.

As a Corporate Recruiter you will bridge the gap between HR and our different business units. You are the spider in the web for all vacancies belonging to your portfolio, and you enjoy being an active enabler in the business. Every day, that bit more energy, that little bit more your best. Who you are

You are known for your empathy and integrity, excellent communication skills and flexibility, always think at least one step ahead. You enjoy working with people on different levels: from hands-on work to more analytical activities. Besides this, our perfect candidate can recognize him- or herself in the following:

• You like working independently;

• At least 3 to 5 years’ experience as Recruiter product company;

• You are intrinsically motivated, used to work in a fast-paced organization and feel connected with Priva’s mission and vision.

• You are a true self-starter, down to earth, positive and have a strong drive for improvement;

• No problems whatsoever with spoken and written Dutch and English;

Your job in a nutshell:

1. Manage full-lifecycle recruitment for mostly non-technical roles, keeping a sharp eye on both candidate experience and manager experience.

2. Optimize candidate sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter (including the AI Sourcing tool).

3. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements, design structured interview loops, and align talent acquisition goals with long-term company growth.

4. Enhance candidate experience and employer branding, realizing that you can make a huge difference in candidate experience. We are in early infancy when it comes to employer branding, so you would bring experience in this field from previous employment.
