How you add value
As a Product Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to maximize the adoption of your assigned solutions. You are responsible for the go-to-market strategy, commercial positioning, pricing, and the translation to promotion of our products and services. In collaboration with the Product Manager, Marketing, and Sales, you ensure we have a sharp understanding of the market and competitive landscape. 

 

On a daily basis, your tasks will include:

  • Developing the go-to-market strategy for new releases, functional enhancements, and key changes in our product portfolio.
  • Defining commercial positioning and pricing strategy, including product naming and identifying target audiences and segments.
  • Gathering insights about competitors, market trends, and regulations affecting the market, and sharing these insights internally.
  • Collaborating with Product Management to gather valuable feedback on customer needs and product performance and share it back with the team.
  • Translating product propositions into value propositions, and converting these into promotional strategies and communications.
  • Ensuring alignment across departments, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal, to make sure all product-related communication, promotion, and pricing match the strategy.
  • Support sales and marketing with product and market knowledge and ensured the availability of high-quality commercial/sales materials.
  • Leading the communication around product launches and making sure the necessary documentation, such as product factsheets, sales collateral, and training materials, is available.

You will work as part of our product team and work closely marketing and sales to ensure that our solutions are successfully brought to market and adopted by our customers to the fullest extent.


Job requirements

Who you are

You are an experienced Product Marketeer Manager, who is creative, innovative and is customer oriented. You have strong skills in problem analysis and planning and organizing. What else do you bring?:

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in product marketing (offline and digital);
  • Master’s degree level of thinking and working;
  • Proven experience in developing customer value propositions;
  • Eagerness to create maximum customer value;
  • Technical knowledge of our product portfolio and knowledge of the Building Automation market are preferred, but not a must;

  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills are required. Proficiency in other languages, especially German, is highly valued.

  • A gross salary based on your experience in the range of € 4.800- and € 6000,- based on 40 hours a week;
